- HISTORY
- =======
- Version 1.5
- -----------
- Added NoPauseOnError as a checkbox selection in the password changing
- dialog box.
-
- Version 1.4
- -----------
- Added option to place a NoPauseOnError entry in the WSETPASS.INI file.
- If this entry is set to 1, the program will not pause at each error or
- password change, but will display all messages in a scrollable list
- after all changes have been made. This entry can also be placed in a
- shared INI file, to apply to all users.
-
- Version 1.3
- -----------
- Enhancements for some of the modifications introduced in version 1.2.
-
- Version 1.2
- -----------
- Allow changing of the password on the user's primary server when run-
- ning in user mode.
-
- Added option to have a list of servers in the WSETPASS.INI file. If
- this list exists, rather than a list of all servers, the user will
- only see those servers listed in the INI file plus the servers to
- which he is logged in. This WSETPASS.INI file can be a shared file in
- the same directory as WSETPASS.EXE, containing a section for each
- user who is to be restricted in this manner.
-
- Version 1.1
- -----------
- Fixed bug where logging in with an expired password which still had
- grace logins available was being incorrectly interpreted as an error.
- Now, if the user is logging in as a manager, I inform them that they
- should change their password before their grace logins expire.
-
- Fixed bug where after certain errors the workstation's connection
- table would gradually fill up, preventing further logins. This change
- means that if you are using the VLM requester, you will also need
- NWNET.DLL as well as NWCALLS.DLL.
-
- Added option of verifying the full identification for a userid before
- resetting their their password.
-
- Added option of saving the manager's userid and password (password
- encrypted) in the WSETPASS.INI file. See WSETPASS.WRI for information
- on how to use this option (and why you might not want to).
-
- Added code to automatically reset the intruder detection lockout on a
- user's account, if needed, when resetting their password.
